Butynol

Butynol is a cost effective and durable waterproofing membrane. When applied correctly and maintained, this product will easily outlast its 15-20 year manufacturers warranty Butynol come in variety of colours. Normally black for roofs and gray for decks. Butynol is made up of 3 different thicknesses 1mm, 1.2mm and 1.5mm.Only the black comes in 1mm thickness that is used in internal gutters. The second most popular colour is dove gray this comes in 1.2mm for roofs.

Hydrotech MM6125

Hydrotech Monolithic Membrane 6125 (MM6125) is a thick, tough, flexible, self-healing membrane for use in roofing and waterproofing applications. It is a special formulation of refined asphalts and synthetic rubbers.The system provides seamless waterproofing, which is ideal for high performance, zero fall, green roofs and hard landscaped podiums structures.It is self-healing in the event of minor penetrations and is made of 100% solids, which means no curing time, no mixing and no solvents.

Torch-on

The Torch-On Membrane System comprises of two layers – a base sheet that serves as the primary waterproofing layer and a cap sheet installed on top. This serves as a secondary waterproofing layer and also provides the necessary UV protection. These layers are applied with a gas flame that melts the underside of the membrane onto the surface below. Installed on flat roofs; under floating decks and in gutters, this proven method of waterproofing has been serving the New Zealand construction sector well for over five decades.

Thermoplastic Olefin (TPO)

TPO membrane sheets area blend of polypropylene and ethylene propylene polymers and usually are reinforced with polyester. TPO sheets contain colorant, flame-retardants, UV absorbers and other proprietary substance to achieve desired physical properties. Sheet widths are 3.05m and 3.66m gray only. TPO comes in two different thickness 1.14mm and 1.52mm, 1.14mm for flat or low slope roofs and 1.52 for decks, which will have a floating timber or tile deck. Six Colour Options: Grey, White, Mansard Brown, Patina Green, Rock Brown, Slate Grey.
